Challenges extracted from use-cases

Good morning.

Bernadette and I have had a first run through of extracting general challenges from the use-cases, which will in turn lead to a requirement list for all the deliverables.

We've done this separately to try and have a balanced view, but as you can see, most challenges overlap. Before the meeting we will consolidate this into one list of challenges, which we can discuss at the F2F next week.
