Hi, It seems we have a duplicate issue here [1,2]. Anyway, I would agree with Bernadette's note on this. I prefer to keep the contributor. It is more rewarding for these who made the effort to contribute. It's also better for readers to 'trust' the cases, if they know they're not just an interpretation by the main editors, but something 'real' sent by people who might have been involved. Putting the names in a single acknowledgement section won't vehicle that message with the same strength.
