Hi Bernadette, I'll be happy to include some of these examples in the wiki page before or after the call this Friday. I can try to provide an example and brief description for each type of metadata. Thanks for sending the Powerpoint version of the file. I think most people should be able to edit that either using Powerpoint, OpenOffice / LibreOffice or via Google Docs.
