Hi all, 
I'm Gustavo Suárez, I was invited by W3C Brazil to participate in this group. I work at AGESIC, the Uruguayan eGov Agency in the Open Data project. 
Also I'm a web developer and DBA, in the past few years I worked at different government agencies.
