My name is Victoria Köster and I work at the E- Government and Information Society and Knowledge (AGESIC), Uruguay. I have been working in projects related to software engineering, to the IT governance and open government for more than ten years. Since 2011 I have been participating in the open government program whose objective is to design and carry out uruguayan strategy in this area, particularly in open data.
