Re: Data on the Web BP for review please

I vote for number 2 here.

I don't think this belongs in the BP doc, though I agree that it 
certainly is an issue for capturing data generally. It seems to me in 
the same class as telling people that they should use SI units. It's 
best practice for generating and recording data, but it has nothing in 
particular to do with the web.
