daq:expectedDataType has different semantics from schema:rangeIncludes:
- daq:expectedDataType expresses the expected range of daq:value in a
particular situation (a dqv:QualityMeasurement using THIS metric)
- schema:rangeIncludes expresses the range of THIS property

I have a different question about daq:expectedDataType that I'll raise
separately.
