dqv:Category vs skos:ConceptScheme

Given that dqv:Dimension is subclass of	skos:Concept, I think that:
- dqv:Category should be subclass of skos:ConceptScheme
- dqv:inCategory should be subproperty of skos:inScheme

But I wonder whether we really need these two subclasses and sub-properties.
Maybe at least the latter can be simplified: kill dqv:Category, and use the
SKOS class/property directly?
