DPV proposal

For DPV I propose we add vocabulary to express:

- not only who a data recipient is (already covered), but also who in the
supply chain: who sent the data? (needed in NIS2 for example)

- not only who/what the data source is (already covered), but also from
where it originated: from where were the data sent?
