Hi All. Thanks for all the hard work and progress we've made in the past months, we now have a release candidate for DPV 2.2 -- https://github.com/w3c/dpv/releases/tag/dpv-2.2-rc We have until SEP-15 to identify any potential issues or concerns that should prevent a full release. This release followed a comparatively prolonged period in draft/beta phase, and so we have this compiled later than planned earlier. The changelog is available here: https://w3c.github.io/dpv/2.2/changelog Thanks to the following members of the DPVCG (ordered alphabetically): - Arthit Suriyawongkul @bact - Beatriz Esteves @besteves4 - Delaram Golpayegani @delaramglp - Georg P. Krog - Harshvardhan J. Pandit @coolharsh55 - Iain Henderson @iainh1 - Julian Flake @nuthub - Julio Hernandez @Julio-Noe - Paul Ryan @Paul-Ryan76 - Rob Brennan @brennanraj - Sarven Capadisli @csarven - Ted Thibodeau Jr @TallTed Also thanks to the following people for discussions and fixes: - Danielle Welter @daniwelter - Dylan Harrus @devongarde - Scott Kellum @scottkellum - Virginia Balseiro @VirginiaBalseiro - Vlad Radziuk @Vlad-Radz Development will now shift to 2.3-dev, and the planned date for its finalisation is in January, so by JAN-31 we should have another release (following the twice per year cycle). P.S. I'm aware some overview diagrams don't cover all extensions and such, but that's not a breaking issue for the moment (as in they're not _wrong_). Regards, -- --- Harshvardhan J.
