Tasks for v2.1 release; please volunteer

Hi All.
For the v2.1 release, the following tasks are pending - they all relate 
to adding content to the HTML documentation and updating diagrams. 
Please assist with this as we plan to release v2.1 in January, and 
because DPV is poised to be used in several important initiatives such 
as EHDS, DGA, Data Space implementations - and we plan to further 
support these in the next releases.

The 'official' way to track these issues is via 
https://github.com/w3c/dpv/issues/198 but I've also created a shared 
Google Doc to help us discuss and share materials in the process -

(comment access by default, request editing access)

I have reviewed the concepts for all vocabularies and fixed various 
errors (more may exist) - see https://github.com/w3c/dpv/commits/dev/ 
for specific details. For any question/query, email me and I'll try to 
reply as I can.
