DPV harmonisation

Hi Harsh and all,

I am going through the DPV v0.2.

What is the reason for not describing purposes uniformly?, e.g.:

Security Security of data
Sell Data to Third Parties To sell data or information to third parties

I assume that Data Subjects understand an active sentence better? (row 2)
