In SPECIAL's vocabularies we use terms like "AnyXYZ" to denote the class of all XYZ (in the case of AnyContact it is the class of all contact modalities) In the other vocabularies (like P3P) OtherXYZ is used to denote a kind of XYZ that does not fall under any of the other types of XYZ. So OtherContact would be meant to denote the contacts (hence instances of AnyCOntact) that do not fall under any of the other subclasses of AnyCOntact (i.e. it is not Telemarketing, nor survey, nor ...) hope this helps Piero
