Thanks for sharing this Mark. The ISAČ does aim to provide common vocabularies for data portability, but I've them to be quite sparse at the moment. The vocabularies of interest for this group would be (IMHO) Person, Business, and Location. I've created a page (more of a note) in the wiki at https://www.w3.org/community/dpvcg/wiki/ISA2_Core_Vocabularies listing out the gist of this.
