DPVCG - second call 2018 August 7, 16:00 CEST

Dear all,

as agreed last time, we'll have our second call tomorrow: August 7th, 16:00 CEST 

Please find below an agenda (call details will be sent out later in a separate email):

	* roll call, scribe selection
    	* minutes of last time
    	* review Action items
    	* concrete topics per day:
		1) fix call-details for future calls
		2) discuss F2F at MyData, how can we reach out broader?
		3) discuss templates for use cases/requirements and vocabularies (what is a requirement?) 
                4) What use cases/requirements do we have for policy languages? 
		5) discuss and extend Requirements list at https://www.w3.org/community/dpvcg/wiki/Use-Cases,_Requirements,_Vocabularies#Requirements and add to each a list of starting points 
                6) dispatch actions to fill and adapt starting points to the template.

As for 2)-6) above, thanks Harsh for starting with some templates, I edited them slightly, further feedback welcome. Also, I will try to collect more starting points and create some stubs for potential starting points until our call tomorrow still on the wiki, others feel free to do the same!
