A11Y Meeting Friday 1/16/15

Hello everyone,

At the scheduled meeting time Friday @ 1PM PST George Kerscher and I were on the phone together, then at 2PM Liam joined the IRC meeting where I told him that the meeting started a hour earlier.  No one else joined the call or the IRC.

But these minutes are really only what Liam and I discussed as George was only on the phone and we actually just went to one of the DPUB WCAG General techniques Google documents I wrote up and started going through it.  Of the 150 specific techniques we got through 70 of them.  Then Liam went to this same document and took on another handful of techniques.
