We supply the software behind CommunitySafe.gov.uk. Interestingly  
when there was a building collapse in central London last week, we  
were #6 on Google for some of the key search terms within a few hours.

The point being that those sites with greatest credibility CAN be  
indexed in near real time, such as exemplared by this and  
news.google.com.
