too many people can't make this day, we'll push back a week.  Though, I'd
generally prefer to keep the 5th, such that we meet two weeks ahead of the
F-to-F.  But, I'll watch regrets for a couple of days (if you're
regretting, please confirm that the 12th would work for you).*
