[DPUB][A11Y] Agenda 10/13/16 (NEW DAY / NEW TIME)

Hello accessibility team,
Tomorrow Thursday October 13th we will have our accessibility meeting at the new time 8AM Pacific / 11AM Eastern / 15:00 UTC

This 9.3 section has been removed in the latest draft by Leonard R, we need to look closely why he believes it should not be included as we felt very strongly that is was a key part of creating a personalized publication for off-line use.

1B) We need to determine what has been removed from the de-duplication Leonard has been doing and update any use-case still in need of tweaking based on what Romain and Avneesh has already put forth in

1C) The original links to other sections of the document have now been moved.  we will need to figure out if these links at the top of the section make sense or not anymore.

Req. 15: User agents must treat a PWP, regardless of the number of components, as a single unit as opposed to individual documents <http://www.w3.org/TR/pwp-ucr/#r_single>
