Warning for people living in Europe and Japan: Timing of our DPUB IG call is a mess for the coming two weeks

It is never enough to send these warning out: due to the difference
between the appreciation of when spring begins between the US and Europe
(and the rest of the World), the IG calls (and also all the task force
calls) will begin one hour earlier than usual on the 16th and the 21th
of March. After that things get back into normal for Europe; as far as
Japan is concerned, the change keeps until in autumn.

Nothing changes for people in the US and Canada...
