Deborah: clean up as there is duplicated content

8.3 Adding Alternative Media
Charles: clean up text as was pointed out during DPUB meeting

8.4 Assisted Reader Technology
Charles: Either remove or link to appropriate section.

8.5 Braille
Tzviya had concerns with this section and its relevance.  "I don't want to blur the line between use-cases relevant to use-cases packaging, and those relevant to the publishing industry."

8.6 Building a Custom PWP
Initial paragraph needed, maybe linking to fundamental section?

8.7 Package needs to support time-based media and text
Gender of example brought up as an issue during the DPUB call
