[dpub] agenda for DPUB IG concall 20150309 (topics: web packaging spec, TF updates)

Hi all,

Below is a draft agenda for next week's IG concall. Be reminded 
regarding the time of the call: nothing changes for our lucky 
North-American colleagues, and the telco times will move to _one hour 
earlier_ for everyone in Europe in the three weeks until Europe also 
changes DST. (The link at [0] magically captures all this information.)

Note that we have Yves Lafont (editor of the web packaging spec [2]) 
visiting us for this call; please prepare by reviewing the spec if you 
haven't already, and pile up your questions.
