[dpub] Summary document for our metadata discussion Monday

Hi, folks--

I had hoped we'd get this document--a summary of issues raised by the metadata interviews and a starting point for the next phase of our metadata discussion--into GitHub, but didn't quite make it in advance of the Monday call, so here it is as a Word doc. The appendix to which there are a number of references (not included in this Word doc) consists currently mainly of the interview reports I did and the summary report of interviews Madi did that were on the wiki. You will have a chance to comment and contribute as soon as it's on GitHub, but I'd encourage you to read this in advance of the meeting--it's not long. Thanks!
