FYI I checked the W3C TPAC form, and we do need to specify our preferred
(1-)2 days to complete it. So the Doodle needs to be settled before we can
register.

I'll also note Dave's (and therefore also others) request in IRC today to
try and avoid collision with the CSS WG meeting.
