Doodle Poll: Additional Meetings prior to F2F

Group,

The chairs would like to try to schedule some additional one-hour calls to
move some topics forward in advance of our face-to-face meeting in
Amsterdam. I have created a Doodle poll [1] where you can choose yes, no,
or if-need-be for call times.

Probable topics for the additional calls:

   - Abstract Syntax - Can we agree on which things we disagree about?
   - Matrix Parameters - Which ones should be included? / Is this a bad
   idea?
   - Metadata - Does the data about the data belong with the data, if so
   how, and what does this all mean?

Deadline: our regular teleconference call, Tuesday 7 Jan. (that's Wednesday
for those in APAC).  The goal is to fix the time and date of the first
additional call during the teleconference.
