Hey all, While you're submitting comments please include the addition of X25519 as well. While the common twisted edwards curve were added (Ed25519 and Ed448) the Montgomery curve (Curve25519 aka X25519) was left out. These are all supported by JOSE already today and would be good to get X25519 added as well. -Kyle On Thu, Dec 19, 2019 at 11:03 AM Dan Burnett <daniel.burnett@consensys.net> wrote: > Hi all, > > NIST is seeking feedback on their recently-released draft of FIPS 186-5. > [1] > My company and others are concerned about the lack of endorsement for > secp256k1 in this standard and have drafted a request for its addition.[2] > We would welcome any comments and/or support from any of your organizations > (directly in the Google Doc linked below).
