Anssi, everyone, If we want to change the charter text now, we would need to go back to the AC for approval. I'm not aware of any way to mitigate this on account of it being an editorial error rather than an intended change. I believe the shortest time we could accomplish this in is four weeks (once the charter text had been updated and prepared to be sent out). PLH and/or Xiaoqian will correct me if I'm wrong though.
