Hi All, Per our F2F resolution [1] and following the AB/TAG recommendation [2], this is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish Working Drafts of the following specifications: Battery Status API https://w3c.github.io/battery/ Proximity Sensor https://w3c.github.io/proximity/ Ambient Light Sensor https://w3c.github.io/ambient-light/ Geolocation Sensor https://w3c.github.io/geolocation-sensor/ Orientation Sensor https://w3c.github.io/orientation-sensor/ Wake Lock https://cdn.statically.io/gh/w3c/screen-wake-lock/543bd1070b77a051dbc3f58eab43dbff178d4256/index.html Clarification: we plan to publish a new WD of the Wake Lock spec using the latest Wake Lock Editor's Draft (commit [3]) before the split [4] as its basis and add a warning to the Wake Lock TR that this spec has been split in two (Screen Wake Lock and System Wake Lock) to inform implementers and to redirect future contributions appropriately. The standalone System Wake Lock spec is currently in its explainer state, and as such is not ready for publication on TR yet. The rationale for these publications is to keep w3.org/TR fresh. Before publishing, we'll add notes to these specifications stating they are being reviewed with reference to the AB/TAG decision. Please respond by 23 May 2021 if you have any comments or concerns. Silence is considered consent.
