This update brings the WDs up to date with the latest Generic Sensor API WD that was published last week, 9 August 2017:

The plan is to continue do periodical WD releases when there has been significant changes. As usual, please refer to the Editor's Drafts for the bleeding edge versions. For a one stop shop for the sensor specs, see:

The rate of issue resolution has accelerated significantly since the Generic Sensor API editors team was reinforced with new editors, Mikhail and Alexander. You can track the in progress tasks and planned work via the dedicated GitHub project boards at:

Generic Sensor API Level 1

Generic Sensor API Level 2
https://github.com/w3c/sensors/projects/5

For more information, see:

Congratulations to the hard-working editors and the wider community for this accomplishment. I look forward to shipping these APIs as an Origin Trial in Chrome.

Thanks,

-Anssi
