[generic-sensor] Feature (issues) prioritization

As was agreed in the latest DAS group meeting, here is a quick status update for Generic Sensor API activities. Together with Mikhail we did the first round of triaging open issues in github and created ‘Level 1’ [1] and ‘Level 2’ [2] projects. Issues are organized into feature categories for an easy overview of ongoing and planned activities.


Level 1 project contains mandatory fixes for the specification as well as minimal subset of features that in our opinion would be a good fit for CR maturity level and allows to gather initial feedback from web developers.


Level 2 project contains advanced features like: integration with service workers, batching, sensor discovery, etc.


Our next step is to fix algorithms in the specification and merge duplicated issues.


Please provide feedback if you think some features need to be prioritized or deprioritized.
