CfC to publish FPWD of Media Capture from DOM Elements completed in DAP supporting publication

The CfC to publish a FPWD of "Media Capture from DOM Elements" has completed with no objection from the Device APIs WG (DAP).

Thus we can expect the "Media Capture from DOM Elements”  to proceed to FPWD given the following:
