Some of the test links on the DAP home page were broken.

It looks like the pattern w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/battery-status/  is now w3c-test.org/battery-status/ (all http)

also for ambient-light,  proximity and vibration

I’ve updated the page, hopefully I got it right. If not, please let me know.
