In the process of preparing to publish HTML Media Capture as a CR draft Dom and I agreed that it would be better to first publish another Last Call with a short review period of a few weeks. The reason is that the change of the capture type could be considered significant ; in addition we want to make sure to give formal notice to the HTML WG and others of the plan to go to CR with the updated draft. Thus we plan to publish HTML Media Capture as another Last Call on 26 March with LC ending 19 April. Anssi has created a Last Call draft for this purpose [1]. I assume there is no WG objection to another Last Call (since we agreed to publish as CR). If there is any concern please let me know by the end of day tomorrow, Friday 22 March, otherwise we will assume WG agreement.
