Here is some input to the Messaging API requirements for next week:

I propose the requirements: 

- "MUST support subscription to notifications of incoming messages, per
the types of messages supported by the device."
- "MUST support filters for incoming message notifications."

There are many use cases enabled by the ability of web applications to
integrate with messaging services.
