The EFL WebKit port contains implementation experience for the Vibration API. The source code is at https://github.com/ewebkit/webkit This is important information for this consideration. The WG maintain snapshots of wpt results at https://github.com/w3c/test-results/ To that end, I will proceed to close this PR as misplaced.
