Under "If technology defines accessible alternative features" or perhaps elsewhere it would be useful to mention that while vibration can be used positively for accessibility it also provides developers with a way of creating stimuli which may not be accessible to all users (e.g. if the user can't feel the vibration) and site authors must be aware of this.
