If QQ is using WebKit on Android (which I'm super skeptical about), then it's unlikely the API will work there as the code was removed from WebKit years ago. It's more likely QQ is using a WebView on Android. Unfortunately, I wasn't about to get into the browser itself because it requires registration and an invite.
