Re: [sensors] Adding a sensor.activated attribute (#95)

Almost 6 years later, I think this issue can be closed.

We have an `activated` attribute (#180) that just returns a boolean, and `start()` has not returned a promise since commit 4d930a2457250ae3746f3b33bf5e45a824b7abbf. Additionally, users can listen to the "activate" event (commit a85830bef0566b21176ac5af1ba0b1d8241b06ca) to know that a sensor has been activated.
