Re: [dap-charter] DASWG: Drop Battery API for privacy and lack of implementer support (#98)

We’re not discussing a transition request in this issue.

On topic, for consideration:

- UC Browser and QQ Browser [are the 2nd and 3rd most popular browsers in China](https://gs.statcounter.com/browser-market-share/all/china) with 14.16% and 10.21% market share respectively.

- Both have versions based on WebKit.

I did a search in this repo, and found these comments interesting:
https://github.com/w3c/battery/issues/10#issuecomment-308476908
https://github.com/w3c/battery/issues/10#issuecomment-309101737

There are probably more, and in the spirit of use case-driven specification development, I suggest we document these in the specifications directly. Please add your findings to https://github.com/w3c/battery/issues/25
