[sensors] Sensor.timestamp must be nullable

pozdnyakov has just created a new issue for

== Sensor.timestamp must be nullable ==
The specification tells that "time origin. latest reading["timestamp"]
 is initially set to null" however 'timestamp' Sensor attribute is not
 nullable
