A barometric sensor doesn't measure or provide a measurement of temperature, only atmospheric pressure. I've checked the datasheets of 15 magnetometer sensors, including one that I know to be used in an android device, and none produce a bias measurement. Two allow a positive or negative bias to be applied via configuration. I'd like to understand more about _where_ those bias values are coming from. | Model | Bias ? | Read | Write/Config | | ---------- | ------ | ---- | ------------ | | AK8975 | No | | | | AK8975C | No | | | | HMC2003 | No | | | | HMR2300 | No | | | | HMC5843 | Yes | No | Yes | | HMC5883L | Yes | No | Yes | | LIS3MDL | No | | | | LSM303AGR | No | | | | LSM303DLHC | No | | | | LSM303AH | No | | | | LSM303C | No | | | | LSM303D | No | | | | LSM9DS0 | No | | | | LSM9DS1 | No | | | | MAG3110 | No | | | - AK8975 is found in androids -- GitHub Notification of comment by rwaldron Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/sensors/issues/151#issuecomment-260745490 using your GitHub account
