than, if we have two sensors: one with polling frequency 5Hz and 
another with 60Hz, and they both reference to the same shared reading 
instance. How often `onchange` should be called for the first sensor 
(having 5Hz)? will it still be 60 times per second when the actual 
reading is updated?
