Yes. I completely agree. I'm hoping to open-up new cases like those in
 the future. Not sure what the mechanism will precisely be, though, as
 there's no guarantee that apps going in the background don't get 
killed. I'm thinking about a very different API based on Service 
Workers. This is why it's a level 2 feature.
