@foolip: that sounds like a non-normative perf improvement, now, no?

I could nevertheless add a note along the lines of:

> Note: implementations may (slightly) delay update and/or 
event-triggering to improve performance and/or battery life. E.g. by 
synchronizing it with rAF.
