Those are correct observations. Just to clarify `deleted` doesn't actually exist. It marks when a token is physically removed. Also, `sunset` is just `deprecated` but louder. The difference is how our tools react, for our specific implementation and needs `deprecated` results in a warning and `sunset` an error. It means for us that when we finally move to delete the token most of our consumers should have already moved away from `sunset` tokens.
