Just a periodic reminder that we still haven't made progress on the 
sh:partition issue. This has a recurring cost and editorial changes on a 
section that may get deleted is not time well spent. For example, the 
order of list members in sh:partition is significant, complicating the 
definition of rdf:Lists elsewhere.

How can we make progress on this long-standing issue? It's one of the 
final non-editorial open issues in SHACL.
