Re: shapes-ISSUE-187 (severity and message): sh:severity and sh:message are not defined as shapes graph properties

I think that the definition of sh:severity must be in the section on 
constraints if sh:severity is a constraint property. Then, the section 
on validation would explain the use of sh:severity in the validation 
report.

It's true that the values of sh:message are not mandated, but that's not 
my question. My question is whether sh:message can be included in a 
constraints graph as a way for developers to determine the message that 
will be returned to users? If not, then is there any SHACL-defined use 
of sh:message? If the answer to that is "no" then I'm not convinced that 
sh:message can be considered a SHACL property if its object is entirely 
undefined.
