(I'm doing this as an email, but only because it's faster than creating an issue. If it needs to be an issue, let me know.) Focus nodes, a key concept in SHACL, are defined in the introduction to section two which is headed "Shapes and constraints". It isn't obvious that the definition of focus nodes would be found there. I think that there should be a section header before the sentence: "A node in the data graph that is validated against a shape is called a focus node." so that the focus node definition is more visible in the document and in the outline of the document.
