F2F3 to be in Waterloo

Hi all,

After unsuccessful attempts to secure a meeting room at the IBM Toronto 
lab I decided to switch to plan B without any further delay and ask Peter 
if he still had the possibility of hosting the meeting in Waterloo next to 
Toronto.

Peter has confirmed and provided some info on the venue on the page I set 
up for the Face to Face meeting:
