The SHACL language as described in your draft doesn’t have an extension mechanism.

Is this just a temporary omission and will it be added?

Or is the intention that “SHACL” is a subset of some other language, and the other language has an extension mechanism, and the “SHACL” subset doesn’t include the extension mechanism?

If this was a Recommendation-track document, how would it use the words “Informative” and “Normative”?
